Brad Voyles oversees the direction of the student development team. By supervising, coordinating, and engaging the many different aspects of student development, Brad plays a vital role in encouraging a vibrant educational and relational environment on campus. Brad is married with three children and serves as an elder at Chattanooga Valley Presbyterian Church.

Nesha Evans is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the student life programs, which include new student orientation, the multicultural program, student leadership opportunities, and discipleship. Nesha, her husband Jason, and their son and daughter are members of New City Fellowship Glenwood.

Jon is responsible for cultivating a residential, co-curricular experience that provides a safe, clean, well-maintained living environment and a community of discipleship. Jon is a member at Lookout Mountain Presbyterian Church along with his wife, Emily, and their four children.

Becca Moore is responsible for providing counseling, advising, and educational programming to support student learning, promote student success, and retaining students to graduation. She is responsible for the Center for Student Success which provides academic support and campus resources to students, facilitates accommodations for students with learning differences and disabilities, and houses the testing center.

Diana Reed is responsible for providing administrative support for the office of Student Development which includes assisting staff and students with activities related to Student Development, serving as the first point of contact for the office, coordinating the Mark 10:45 Program and managing the student staff. Diana and her husband, John, live with their daughter, Mary Kate (Reed) Vander Hart, and her family up here on Lookout Mountain. They are attending Lookout Mountain Presbyterian Church.

Kelsey and her husband, Matthew, live on Lookout Mtn. and are members of Grace Community Church in Trenton, GA.

Todd provides support to the Associate Dean Students for Student Life and the Student Life Department. He is primarily responsible for coordinating the efforts of the Intercultural Program which involves him assisting in the oversight of the Intercultural Program Student Leaders and the International Student Support Network. Todd also chairs the Intercultural Competency Committee for the COR 337 Intercultural Experience Course. Todd lives on campus with his wife, Jessica, and their seven children: Gabriella, Ysabella, Anabella, Orie, Hosea, Daniella, and Joella. Todd and his family attend Gospel Community Church in Chattanooga, TN.
