Questions?
Visit our office or email us at testingcenter@covenant.edu

Please note: Our office requires three business days advance notice of exams. If you have been approved for testing accommodations, and would like to take a test in the testing center, you must complete this form for each test: Testing Center Request Form. Once you have submitted a test request, your professor will receive an email from us to complete their portion of the request. Unless we email you, please assume that we have received your request and be prepared to take your exam at the time you requested in the form. Be prepared to abide by the Testing Center Rules.

Late Requests: If you have missed the Testing Center deadline of 3 business days, you may take your test without accommodations in class, or you may come to the Student Success office and ask to speak with a coach to determine the feasibility of your request.

3 Business Days Examples:

  • If you have an exam on Friday, you must submit a request by the Tuesday prior.
  • If you have an exam on Monday, you must submit a request by the Wednesday prior.

Contact Your Professor: Email or meet with your professor in person to request approval to reschedule your exam and receive any instructions on when you should schedule to take the exam in the Testing Center.

Submit a Request: Use the Testing Center Request Form to schedule a time to take your exam in the Testing Center based on the conversation with your professor.

Arrive at Your Scheduled Time: Be prepared to follow the Testing Center Rules listed below.

Location:
Kresge 204 (Center for Student Success)

Students with accommodations should submit a Final Exam Request Form by the Accommodations Deadline (see below) to give the Testing Center time to review and prepare exams. Submit on time so your approved accommodations can be arranged. For extended time or back-to-back exams, plan to take both at their scheduled times; you may start the second exam late if needed.

Students with three consecutive exams who have been approved by the Office of Records (Carter 149) and their professor to reschedule an exam, but could not find a time to take it with the professor, may also schedule an exam in the Testing Center. These requests must be submitted by the Reschedule Deadline (see below).

Note: Priority will be given to students with accommodations and on a first-come-first-served basis so try to submit your requests as soon as possible.

Important Dates for Spring 2026:
April 21:
Accommodations Deadline
April 28: Reschedule Deadline
April 29-30: Reading Days

Testing requests for Final Exams week do not use the same form as Testing Center requests throughout the semester. The Final Exam Request Form will not be published until a few weeks before Final Exams and will be closed after the Reschedule Deadline. Any late requests beyond the Reschedule Deadline must be made in person (Kresge 204) with permission from the instructor.
