The reason I chose Covenant over all the other schools I applied to is because of the student body and how much their faith informs all they do. As I sat in chapel for my sneakPEAK, I was able to tangibly experience the joy that was in the air. I would highly recommend visiting during SneakPEAK because not only will you get special opportunities meant just for you, but the Covenant students and faculty will be so excited to meet you and encourage you in your college search—wherever that leads you.
sneakPEAK FAQs
Our Spring sneakPEAKs are a good first glance for juniors (or sophomores) who are just beginning their college search. Our Fall sneakPEAKs offer a more robust campus visit experience with an optional overnight stay.
Registration for each event will close the Friday before.
Absolutely! You are welcome to bring up to two parents or guardians.
Parents are welcome to attend everything you are! In the Fall, we also offer a parent reception with the President’s Cabinet on Thursday evening and an opportunity for parents to hear from Covenant leaders on Friday morning.
Parents are expected to find their own housing on Lookout Mountain or in Chattanooga. You can find a list of suggested accommodations on our website.
Yes! You will have opportunities to visit classes and attend academic showcases or an academic fair.
Yes! If you choose the overnight option, you will stay with a current student on campus. You will also interact with our student ambassadors.
Chapel is a foundational part of our student community and campus culture. We are excited for you to experience it!
Students interested in playing varsity athletics at Covenant are invited to eat lunch with coaches as a way to connect with our athletic department. For more information on Covenant athletics, please visit our website.
We offer transportation to and from the Chattanooga airport if you are flying alone without a parent. Please indicate if you need transportation to and from the airport on the registration form. We will reach out to you a week prior to the event to make shuttle arrangements.
We welcome students who are 16 or older to spend the night on campus with current students.
While you are not obligated to spend the night, we would highly recommend an overnight stay to get the full experience of residential life and connect with current students!
You will be paired with a current student based on your interests (as indicated on the form). Student hosts will typically reach out to you a couple days before sneakPEAK to connect.
Depending on the date, there will be various evening activities available for you to join, including athletic events, concerts, and tournaments, which is a great way to experience life as a Scot.
Yes! When you fill out the form and select “yes” for an overnight stay, you can provide the name of the student who you would like to host you.
Every student needs to be registered individually for sneakPEAK, but please indicate on the registration form if you are with a group. Reach out to us with any questions!
Our daily campus visits are offered most days of the academic year, and if you desire an overnight experience, we can facilitate those on Mondays through Thursdays when students are on campus.
Sophomores are welcome to attend sneakPEAK! The Spring events are a better option for those at the beginning of their college search and you must be at least 16 to spend the night on campus.
