Past Theatre Productions

The Theatre Department strives to present a wide variety of dramatic works: everything from new works to Sophocles to Shakespeare to Simon. We seek to do plays that delight and challenge, while giving our students experience in a wide variety of genres and periods including plays and musicals.

Past productions have often served as the basis for capstone projects. Students have directed, acted, designed sets or costumes and written plays for this senior thesis project. In addition to the production work, rigorous pre-production research and planning, reflection on the process as it unfolds, and the final product are elements of these projects.
