Celebrate Christmas at Covenant College

Come experience the joy of Christmas at Covenant College’s annual celebration concert on Thursday, December 12th or Friday, December 13th. Tickets for the concerts are $5 each and are available online or through our box office and seating is limited.  VIP tickets are available for $20 per person and include priority seating in both the Chapel Auditorium and Great Hall Madrigal Dessert Reception and reserved parking  in the North lot. Additional reserved parking is available for $10 and a limited number of accessible spaces are available free of charge. Parking is on a first come, first served basis. Free parking is located in the Sanderson, Ashe, Commuter, and Kirk lots, with shuttles to and from the concerts.

Celebrate Christmas at Covenant is the result of collaboration throughout the entire music department and represents the work of students and faculty alike. Professors Scott Finch ’97, Lok Kim, Christine Hassevoort, Stephen Humphries, and Jim Ward ‘72 will direct ensembles during the performance.

The concert will center on the theme, “Wait for the Lord,” which calls attention to the fact that our appropriate response to Christ's incarnation is ardent thanksgiving as we patiently wait for his second advent. We have cause to rejoice, not because of our circumstances, but because of the God who uses all for His glory and our good.

Doors for the concerts will open at 6:15 p.m for VIP seating and 6:30 p.m. for general seating. The concerts begin at 7:00 p.m.  Please plan on joining us in the Great Hall afterwards for our Madrigal Dessert Reception with printed ticket or device code in hand.
