Students: As you prepare to travel away from the college for spring break, please keep the following in mind:
-
Be careful as you travel to follow all the recommended social distancing, handwashing, and preventative precautions recommended by the CDC.
-
Avoid contact with anyone who has a fever and cough.
-
If you develop a fever, cough, or shortness of breath while away from the college, immediately go to a health care facility for testing prior to returning to Covenant so as not to potentially infect others.
-
Should you become symptomatic with fever, cough, or shortness of breath once classes resume on March 16, it is critical that you get tested as soon as possible. Do not neglect caring for yourself and this community.
Your proactivity will protect yourself and others. Thanks for your attention to this, and I pray you have a healthy and restful spring break.
