Erastos Evdoxiadis is the Operations Manager for the Admissions Office at Covenant College and has served Covenant since the early fall of 2021. Prior to joining Covenant, Erastos served in Information Technology related fields for more than 18 years, with 10 of those for his alma mater, Harding University. He fulfilled roles as an IT professional at first and later as an adjunct professor of the Information Systems Program. He also served Lipscomb University as a coordinator for the Office of Intercultural Development for one year before transitioning to Covenant College.

In his role as operations manager, he supports the office of Admissions, also acting as the liaison to the Marketing and Communications office, and Information Technology Services.

Erastos has earned a M.Min., a M.B.A. in Leadership and Organizational Management, B.S. in Interactive Media and a B.A. in Theater from Harding University.

Erastos and his wife Sylvie, have two children, Celeste and Theodoros.
