Directory of Teacher Education Graduates 2019

The purpose of the Teacher Education Program at Covenant College is to prepare competent and compassionate teachers who practice their profession according to biblical guidelines in diverse educational settings. Candidates develop the knowledge, skills, and dispositions to become teachers who model life-long learning and faithful service to God as change-agents in society.

 

Procedures

The following teacher candidates are completing our teacher education program, either as undergraduate or graduate students. Contact information for each candidate is provided so that you may contact them directly regarding teaching opportunities.

 

The Covenant College Teacher Education Program is approved by the Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) and the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI). An electronic credential file is created in the spring for each candidate and is available to you upon request. Career Summit 2019

Career Summit will take place in February 28 - March 1, 2019. You will have opportunity to present your school to our teacher candidates as well as to individually interview candidates. The registration deadline for Career Summit 2019 is February 15.

McKinzie Conkel

Alina Hart

Alina graduated from Covenant College with a B.A. in History in May 2018 and is on track to graduate with a MAT degree in  in May 2019.

She would like to teach anywhere, including an international setting.   

Her extracurricular interests include coaching soccer, quiz bowl, band, choir, and theatre related.

Kyle graduated from Covenant College with a B.A. in Physics in May 2018 and is on track to graduate with a MAT degree in May 2019.

He would would like to teach anywhere in the U.S. and would consider a teaching position in an international setting.

His extracurricular interests include chess club and ballroom dance teacher.
