What aspect of Covenant do you like the best?
I enjoy the intentionality of Covenant college. This aspect shows up in chapel sessions, in classes, in sports, and in all kinds of events, and that through all these, the pursuit of Christ is at the center.

 

Which professor(s) has most impacted your thinking, and how?
Dr. Finch helped me to gain a greater understanding of the music of our current and past cultures across the world. Dr. Broussard and Dr. Petcher, not only through different physics courses, but also through science seminar sessions challenged me to view God’s marvelous and complicated creation through the lens of physics.

 

What do you most enjoy about your major?
Based on my experience, physics is not a common topic of discussion in the Christian community. Therefore being able to study it through a biblical perspective has been truly enjoyable for me. I have also enjoyed the problem-solving aspect of physics and that due to its difficulty, it has challenged me and pushed me to go further than I thought I could.

 

What do you hope to pursue after graduation?
Currently I am hoping to do the Master of Arts in Teaching program at Covenant, and pursue teaching.
