Why did you choose Covenant?
I chose Covenant because it is a great institution where I can receive a good liberal arts education, while growing closer to Christ.

How is Covenant unique?
It has a unique way of incorporating faith and the Bible into all the classes offered. The education you receive prepares you for life with Christ at the center.

What has been your favorite experience at Covenant?
Playing soccer in the rain on the intramural field during a huge thunderstorm.

What is your favorite class, and why?
My favorite class is General Biology, because it is challenging and explores all areas of our diverse and complex world.

What person at Covenant has had the greatest impact on you, and why?
My sister, who is a year ahead of me, has had the greatest impact on me because she has come alongside me, been there for me when I needed her and gave me advice when I needed it most.

What’s your favorite part of the day at Covenant?
The evenings right after dinner, before I start my homework, when I can just hang around with the guys on my hall and have a good time.

What are your post-graduation plans?
I plan to find a graduate school somewhere and finish my Physical Therapy degree and eventually get a job in that field.

How is Covenant equipping you for the future?
Covenant is giving me a well-rounded education in all areas of study, with the core curriculum and required humanities, social sciences, etc. Along with that, Covenant equips me to defend faith and stand up for what I believe in, through Old and New Testament classes, as well as Doctrine and Christian Mind.

Students, faculty and staff enjoyed a picnic and live music on the lawn to kick off the new academic year.

Covenant's bi-annual Day of Prayer began with a sunrise service at nearby Rock City.
