Dan Wykoff '01 Appointed Vice President for Business & Finance, CFO
On July 17, 2013, President J. Derek Halvorson announced the appointment of Dan Wykoff ’01 as the new vice president for business & finance and CFO of Covenant College.
Wykoff graduated from Covenant in 2001 with a degree in business administration and went on to earn certified public accountant (CPA) and chartered global management accountant (CGMA) certifications as well as a master of professional accountancy from the Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University. Since 2004, Wykoff has served as an alumni advisor to the Covenant College Board of Trustees, and he currently serves on the board’s finance committee.
Most recently, Wykoff has served as a corporate controller for the Atlanta-based technology firm Cloud Sherpas, where he has managed a $45 million budget. Wykoff has previously worked as a senior accountant and audit manager for Mersereau & Lazenby, and founded Veritas Financial Services, a CFO and controller consulting firm.
Dan and his wife, Kristin ’01, and their three children currently live in Lawrenceville, Georgia, where he serves as a ruling elder at Old Peachtree Presbyterian Church (PCA).

Wykoff will join Covenant’s administration this August.
