BUILD Campaign Hits Goal Early, Reaches Forward
Celebrate with us! Through the Lord’s gracious provision, we have reached our $31,000,000 goal for the BUILD campaign. This announcement comes much earlier than we expected—less than three years into our five-year campaign!
We began this campaign with prayer, and God has seen fit to bless our efforts tremendously, using many friends of the College to uphold and strengthen Covenant as it pursues its distinctive mission. We offer our heartfelt thanks to those who have given so much—in prayer, in sacrificial gifts of both time and resources, and in introducing us to new friends who believe in and support the mission of Covenant College. Thank you for your generosity and for your faith in the work God is doing through Covenant! We are so grateful for how this campaign has included the whole Covenant community and extended Covenant family.
As we look ahead to the final two years of the five-year campaign, we are thrilled that God’s incredible provision allows us to reach forward in faith, building on the momentum of the BUILD campaign thus far. In considering the future needs of the College, it has become apparent that the scope of our plans needs to widen in pace with the scope of God’s provision.
In capital projects, we will reach forward to fund the wider scope of much-needed renovations for our beloved flagship building, Carter Hall, a project that promises to be an exciting, monumental undertaking, more extensive than first estimates suggested.
In endowment, we will continue to raise funds that can make a lasting impact on the students and programs of Covenant College.
Our annual goal toward the Covenant Fund has been met each year; now we press ahead in faithfulness to our students, faculty, staff, and the extended Covenant College family, to meet ongoing annual needs and to fund scholarships, faculty and staff salaries, and academic program enrichment.
This is a time for celebration and thanksgiving! God has provided for us in ways we did not expect and has blessed this campaign beyond our ability to ask or imagine. We are excited to reach forward in stewardship of the projects we have already begun, and we prayerfully anticipate how He will direct us as we continue our efforts on behalf of the students and programs of Covenant College.
