Young Alumna of the Year: Anna Hollidge ’13

Originally from Bowie, Maryland, Anna graduated from Covenant College in 2013 with a degree in community development and minors in economics and biblical and theological studies. Following graduation, she served a year with Americorps as a literacy tutor in the Washington DC area. In 2014, she joined the Memphis Teacher Residency program, earning her Master's in urban education. She teaches kindergarten at Cornerstone Prep Denver, a second-year turnaround school in a Title 1 neighborhood in Memphis, Tennessee. She is a member of Downtown Church and is blessed to be surrounded by many fellow Scots at church and in her small group.

EdenThistle

Six years ago, Marshall ’08 and Katherine Whitmire Teague ’06 thought they would spend the rest of their lives in Oregon. Today they live on Lookout Mountain, where they operate a sustainable farm called EdenThistle.
